All paces, all experience levels run on Tuesday nights. Meet at the store and run together to Tom Black Track on the UT campus. Continue to run easy or do the track workout designed by our co-owner. Workouts adjustable to your pace and comfort level. Afterwards, run back to The Long Run, to relax on the patio with a free local draft beer for everyone over 21. Details online.
